All orders are being hand-picked and dispatched with love from our small studio in EU-Lithuania within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.

  1. Standard Delivery with your local post services - 4.95€Free for orders above 100 €.

    Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

    • Europe: 3-7 days

    • USA & Canada: 10-15 days

    • Rest of the World: 20-25 days

  2. FedEx Express - 19.95€Free for orders above 100€

    Shipping time: 3-5 days.

  3. Free shipping in Lithuania.

    We will deliver the parcel to your nearest self-service parcel terminal.

    You can always pick up your parcel in our studio Palangos g. 1, Vilnius. Except when we are on vacation.

* Please note that these time frames are given normal (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of regular delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer support. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 5 business days for tracking to start showing information.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside of Lithuania may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed rests with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to May 15th Studio in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.
